Ingredients
  

  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 ¼ tsp instant yeast
  • ¾ cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 tsp oregano 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes optional
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil olive oil for drizzling
  • Toppings: bell peppers onions, mushrooms, pepperoni, chicken, sausage
  • Optional: cornmeal arugula, spinach

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
  • Roll dough to ¼ inch thickness.
  • Spread sauce on dough, leaving a border.
  • Add mozzarella, Parmesan, and toppings.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden.
  • Cool, slice, and serve.
