- 1 packet active dry yeast 2 ¼ tsp

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder optional
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni or other meats
- 1 small bell pepper sliced
- ½ cup red onions thinly sliced
- ½ cup mushrooms sliced (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil for crust
Prepare dough: Mix flour, sugar, salt, yeast, warm water, and olive oil. Let it rise for 1 hour.
