Oil for frying
Instructions
Prep Ingredients: Chop onion, mince garlic, and boil & mash potatoes.
Mix: In a bowl, combine ground beef, mashed potatoes, chopped onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, and spices (cumin, turmeric, salt, and pepper).
Shape: Form mixture into 10-12 cutlets.
Coat: Press cutlets into breadcrumbs to coat evenly.
Cook: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry cutlets for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
Drain: Place cooked cutlets on paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve hot.
