Ingredients
  

  • 500 g ground beef
  • 1 medium onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 medium potatoes boiled and mashed
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Prep Ingredients: Chop onion, mince garlic, and boil & mash potatoes.
  • Mix: In a bowl, combine ground beef, mashed potatoes, chopped onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, and spices (cumin, turmeric, salt, and pepper).
  • Shape: Form mixture into 10-12 cutlets.
  • Coat: Press cutlets into breadcrumbs to coat evenly.
  • Cook: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry cutlets for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  • Drain: Place cooked cutlets on paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve hot.
