Ingredients
  

  • 1 package phyllo dough thawed
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries or thawed frozen cranberries
  • 4 oz goat cheese or cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp fresh orange zest
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts or pecans optional
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Phyllo Dough:
  • Cut thawed phyllo dough into squares. Layer 3-4 sheets in each greased muffin tin cup, brushing with olive oil or butter between layers.
  • Make Filling:
  • Cook cranberries, honey, and orange zest in a saucepan over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until softened. Let cool slightly.
  • Assemble Cups:
  • Fill phyllo cups with cranberry mixture, top with crumbled goat cheese, and sprinkle nuts if using.
  • Bake:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
  • Serve:
