package phyllo dough
thawed

fresh cranberries
or thawed frozen cranberries

or cream cheese

Instructions
Prepare Phyllo Dough:
Cut thawed phyllo dough into squares. Layer 3-4 sheets in each greased muffin tin cup, brushing with olive oil or butter between layers.
Make Filling:
Cook cranberries, honey, and orange zest in a saucepan over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until softened. Let cool slightly.
Assemble Cups:
Fill phyllo cups with cranberry mixture, top with crumbled goat cheese, and sprinkle nuts if using.
Bake:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
