  • Pizza Crust:
  • 1 pre-made pizza crust store-bought or homemade
  • Tip: For gluten-free try cauliflower crust or any preferred gluten-free variety.
  • For the Base Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp dill pickle juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). If using store-bought crust, pre-bake as instructed.
  • Mix cream cheese, sour cream, pickle juice, and garlic powder until smooth. Spread sauce over crust.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Add pickle slices and any optional toppings like bacon, chicken, or jalapeños.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly. For a crispier crust, check at around 10 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and sprinkle fresh dill on top. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
