  • 2 tbsp olive oil or cooking spray
  • Seasonings
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp dried thyme or rosemary

Instructions
 

  • Prep the Roast:
  • Pat dry the frozen roast to remove ice crystals.
  • Rub with olive oil or cooking spray.
  • Season:
  • Coat evenly with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and herbs.
  • Preheat Air Fryer:
  • Set air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
