Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground venison
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: Bell peppers tomatoes, parsley

Instructions
 

  • Sauté: Heat oil, cook onion & garlic until soft.
  • Cook: Add venison, cook until browned.
  • Season: Add paprika, cumin, thyme, salt & pepper.
  • Simmer: Add tomatoes or broth (optional), simmer 5-10 mins.
  • Serve: Enjoy with rice, tacos, or salad.
