- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: Bell peppers tomatoes, parsley
Sauté: Heat oil, cook onion & garlic until soft.
Cook: Add venison, cook until browned.
Season: Add paprika, cumin, thyme, salt & pepper.
Simmer: Add tomatoes or broth (optional), simmer 5-10 mins.
