Ingredients
  

  • Vegan Chicken Substitute
  • Tofu pressed and cubed, seitan (sliced), or jackfruit (shredded)
  • Spices & Seasonings
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Other Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp olive or coconut oil
  • 1 zucchini sliced
  • 1 bell pepper chopped
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 2 tbsp almond or coconut flour optional, for crispiness

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Substitute:
  • Press tofu, slice seitan, or shred jackfruit.
  • Season & Coat:
  • Mix spices in a bowl. Toss the vegan chicken substitute to coat. Optionally, coat lightly with flour for crispiness.
  • Sauté:
  • Heat oil in a skillet. Sauté substitute for 5–7 minutes (4–5 mins for jackfruit) until golden.
  • Add Veggies:
  • Stir in zucchini, bell pepper, and cauliflower. Cook for 3–5 mins until tender.
  • Garnish & Serve:
  • Sprinkle fresh herbs before serving.
