- 1 ½ cups almond flour
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp orange zest optional
- ½ tsp vanilla extract optional
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix almond flour, powdered sugar, and orange zest (if using).
Whisk the egg whites in a separate bowl until soft peaks form.
Gently fold the egg whites into the almond mixture. Add honey and vanilla extract.
Scoop small portions of the dough and roll into balls, then flatten slightly.
Dust the tops with powdered sugar.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until the edges are golden.
