Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 egg whites
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp orange zest optional
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract optional
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix almond flour, powdered sugar, and orange zest (if using).
  • Whisk the egg whites in a separate bowl until soft peaks form.
  • Gently fold the egg whites into the almond mixture. Add honey and vanilla extract.
  • Scoop small portions of the dough and roll into balls, then flatten slightly.
  • Dust the tops with powdered sugar.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until the edges are golden.
  • Allow cookies to cool before serving. Enjoy!
