Ingredients
  

  • 4 bone-in skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • Optional: Fresh herbs like thyme for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Pat chicken dry and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Dredge in flour.
  • Sear chicken in heated olive oil for 5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  • Sauté onions in butter until golden, about 5 minutes. Add broth and milk, then season.
  • Return chicken to skillet, cover, and simmer for 25-30 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy!
