medium onion

chicken broth

Instructions
Pat chicken dry and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Dredge in flour.
Sear chicken in heated olive oil for 5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
Sauté onions in butter until golden, about 5 minutes. Add broth and milk, then season.
Return chicken to skillet, cover, and simmer for 25-30 minutes.
