- 2 cups chopped kale or spinach
- 1 medium zucchini diced
- 2 carrots sliced
- 2 celery stalks chopped

- 1 can cannellini or black beans drained and rinsed
- 1 cup cooked shredded chicken or cubed tofu

- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 medium onion diced
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp paprika

Sauté Aromatics:
