Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef or chicken
  • 1 cup sweet bread cubed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup beef broth or vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley optional

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
  • Add ground meat, cook until browned.
  • Stir in cubed sweet bread, salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
  • Pour in broth and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
