  • 2 steaks your choice of cut
  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Fresh rosemary and thyme to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup red wine optional for sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Season steaks with salt, pepper, and fresh herbs.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steaks for 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Transfer steaks to the oven and cook for 5-7 minutes for desired doneness.
  • In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 1 minute. Add asparagus and cherry tomatoes, cook until tender.
  • Optional: Add red wine to the pan to create a sauce, simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Serve steaks with vegetables on the side. Enjoy your romantic dinner!
