Ingredients
  

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 tbsp sugar

1 tsp salt

1 tbsp active dry yeast

1 cup warm water

2 tbsp olive oil

1 cup vegan cheese, shredded

2-3 jalapenos, chopped

Instructions
 

-in a large bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let sit for 5 minutes to activate.

    -Add flour and salt to the yeast mixture, and stir until a dough forms.

      -Knead dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.

        -Mix in olive oil, chopped jalapenos, and shredded vegan cheese.

          -Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1-2 hours or until doubled in size.

            -Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

              -Punch down the dough, shape it into a loaf, and place it on a baking sheet.

                -Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown on top.

                  -Let cool before slicing and serving.
